Returns, Refunds & Warranties:

We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. Please be sure to read the Return Policy to ensure a quick and easy return.

Return Policy:

A return authorization number (RN#) must be obtained prior to shipping item(s) back to This insures that there is no loss of time when the package arrives at and the return process can be completed efficiently. All orders that were paid with credit card or gift card and are requesting a refund will be refunded back to the original credit card or gift card used for the origin at purchase. If the credit card used in the original purchase has expired, please let the customer service representative know upon request of the return and a refund check will be sent to the mailing address on the account. will accept all returns of new/unused items within 30 days of receipt. All acceptable aftermarket and accessory returns that meet our return criteria will be credited 100% the item price paid (including sales tax for orders shipped within CA). OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the item. Any OEM parts that are $10.00 or less will not be accepted for return, unless the part was incorrectly shipped. All restocking fees will be assessed based on the condition of the item(s) returned. Any items returned that do not meet our return policy will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 30%, or may be returned to the customer without refund. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
All returns must have original packaging, tags, and any other labels associated with the product. Packaging must be clear of writing or markings and undamaged. Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund. Please note that all discontinued products are non-refundable. The following items cannot be returned: Chemicals that have been used, electrical items, videos and DVD’s must be in original packing and unopened, closeout and clearance items, acid batteries, undergarments and swim suits missing the sanitary packaging and any product that was installed.
The product should be shipped in a sturdy shipping box with packing included. Please do not use the manufacture box or bag as the shipping box or bag. Insure that no shipping labels are put on the manufacture packaging. Please put the product in a shipping box. Unless notified otherwise from The customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges back to Except for items returned under the “Fit Guarantee” policy. Note: The Fit Guarantee is only available online with not at its retail store. Any shipping fees or costs associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Warranties: will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufactures warranty. Some warranty issues will need to be addressed with the manufacturer. However, we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

Return Instructions:

To initiate a return, enter your e-mail address and order # in the return request form at the top of this page. You will receive an email notification on the status of your return.
Upon Authorization of a return you will need to log in to your account (If an account was made prior to the order) and select “My Returns”. There you can choose the order from which the items need to be returned. Then select the “Print RMA Return Info” button and print the “RMA Return Info Form” Please place this RMA Return Info Form in the package with the product(s) and ship it to the “Return Department Address” supplied on the “RMA Return Info Form”. Last step is to purchase return postage with a reputable shipping carrier. We recommend insuring your shipment against lost or damage. will not be liable for any returned items that do not make it to our return department address. All shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise notified by You will be notified via email when the inbound package has arrived, and when the return credit has been issued.
If you did not create an account prior to ordering your parts and checked out as a guest, scroll to the bottom of TMSPARTS.COM and choose Return Center in the left column. There you will need to enter your E-mail and Order#. From there you will be able to use the directions above to complete the return process. Once you have shipped the return back to us please log into your account and confirm the shipping by selecting the “Confirm Shipping” tab.

Order Cancellation Policy: holds a large inventory of parts in our warehouse for immediate order fulfilment; however we do have to order various parts from suppliers to fill orders as needed. Once your parts are placed on order with the supplier a 15% restocking fee will apply to all order cancellations regardless of reason. We ask that you notify us promptly of your order cancellation request by email [email protected] or phone 877-698-4123. If your parts are a stocking item in our warehouse then there is no restocking fee charged for cancellation prior to shipment.
