Where is my order?

You can view your order status by visiting your Order History. If you ordered after 5:00 PM PST, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.

How do I cancel my order?

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

If the order hasn’t be processed. If the order has been processed or shipped, unfortunately we cannot make changes to your order.

Do you have _______ in stock?

If the item says “in stock” we have it in stock in our warehouse. If the item says “ships in 3-5 days” we have the item available in one of our distributor’s warehouse and take a little longer to ship out.

Is there a charge for shipping oversized items?

Yes, we will contact you with additional shipping charges once the order is placed. We will not charge your card until this amount is approved by you.

How do I process a return?

Visit our Return Center. Select view order on the order containing the items you’d like to return. On the top right corner, click the red “Return items from this order” button. Select the items you would like to return from the order and select a reason for return. Hit request return. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return. If your return is approved, you will receive an email with further details.

Do I need to create an account?

The short answer, no. Should you? Yes, of course! Creating an account means you’ll have access to your order history, easier returns, and faster check outs. Did we mention we also send coupons and promo codes to our registered users? Do I need to create an account?

Will ____ fit my vehicle?

If you have used the OEM parts diagram, any of the parts listed are guaranteed to fit the vehicle you selected. Please be sure you have selected the correct year, make and model. We cannot guarantee an item will fit on a vehicle other than the one it was intended for. Any incorrectly ordered parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged once we process your order. If you ordered Friday night after 5:00 PM PST, your payment will be processed the same day and the order will be processed the following Monday.

Locate the VIN of your vehicle. You can contact a local dealer of your vehicle and ask them to look up the VIN

Can I return OEM Parts?

Most OEM parts can be returned if unused and uninstalled. For more information, view our Return Policy.

Can I special order an item that’s not on your site?

As long as it’s carried by one of our distributors, yes! Give us a call at 877-698- 4123

Why can’t _____ be shipped to my location?

There are several reasons why items cannot be shipped to certain locations. For more information, view our Shipping Policy.

I can’t add items to my shopping cart.

Please be sure you are selecting a size and a color before adding the item to your cart. If you still cannot add the item to your cart, please contact customer service at 877-698- 4123 or with our live chat.

Where are you located?

We are located in sunny Southern California.

Do you charge sales tax?

Since we are located in California, we only charge sales tax for items being shipped to California.

How do I apply a coupon code?

You can apply the promo code in one of two places. While in the cart, you can enter it under the “Do you have a promo code” section in hit apply. During checkout, if you forgot to apply it in the cart, you can apply it in the payment section under the “Do you have a promo code” section in hit apply. Your new total will be calculated. Bear in mind, you cannot combine two promo codes at once.

Can I ship my item to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, we can ship to an address other than your billing address. However, for your security and ours, we require additional information before processing the order. When you submit your order, a customer service representative will reach out to you to complete the order via the phone number you provided.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Unfortunately, no, we do not offer in store pick up.
