Q: How do I place orders online?
A: From the home page upper right corner, click on DEALER CORNER, Use the SIGN IN option on the left hand side of the screen, Enter the email address and password you selected upon account creation. Click Log in, you can choose from 2 icons to place an order, QUICK ORDER FORM or OEM PARTS FINDER. Use the quick order form if you already have your part numbers to be ordered, Use the OEM PARTS FINDER if you would like to look up parts and add them to the shopping cart to place an order.
Q: How do I place orders by Phone or Fax
A: For Phone Orders please call: 866-698-4123, for Fax Orders fax to: 951-493-8808


Q: How long will a back order remain on order if it is not cancelled?
A: Until it becomes discontinued, we ship the item to you, or you cancel it.
Q: Will I have knowledge of my back orders?
A: Yes, we provide back order updates via email regularly.
Q: What do I have to do in order to get my backorder shipped to me?
A: Absolutely nothing, Back orders will ship immediately upon their arrival.


Q: How do I check my dealer account price or get a Retail price on OEM parts?
A: From the home page upper right corner, click on DEALER CORNER, log into your account. The fastest way is to use the QUICK ORDER FORM icon if you already have the part number. Or you can use the OEM PARTS FINDER icon to look up the vehicle you need parts for. Retail prices are seen in the parts list and you can add the part to the shopping cart to see your dealer account price.
Q: How do I check my dealer account price on Aftermarket accessories?
A: Click on dealer corner and email your rep, use the directory found in dealer corner on the upper right of the page.


Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping & Handling charges are determined the day your order(s) ship out. We do our best to box the items carefully and in the smallest package possible to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping charges are based off box dimension, weight, shipping service insurance value and your location. We use UPS/GSO/USPS shipping services.

Q: How fast do parts/accessories arrive to me?
A: With most of our fulfillment warehouses located nearby, we typically ship out complete orders in just a few days. Some items that are not located in California will be an extra amount of time until they ship. We can usually ship just about anything in 2-5 bus days barring any unforeseen circumstances.


Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: 21 days or less from the date the supplier shipped the item to us.
Q: How long do I have to claim a shortage or other discrepancy?
A: Within 24 hours of the receipt date as indicated by the tracking number.
Q: How do I request credit for return freight if applicable?
A: Credit for return freight must be pre-approved by Email [email protected]
Q: Are there any restocking fees on returns?
A: Yes a 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns, excluding a tms error of course.
